Where your focus goes energy grows. Last week I had a dream I was drawing a circle of light on the floor and when I did that the floor changed qualities and you could move through it to the other side. I was telling another person you have to maintain your focus. Then I started to go through the hole but I lost focus and got stuck! 

One of my mentor would always say, “take a deep breath and become a 100% focused”. The mind training he passed on has served me very well. This month I wanted to share two videos I made about focus and imagination.
